METROPOLITAN POLICE
Consisted of a series of three sets of two day workshops delivered to all officers of four different London Boroughs over a one year period to understand a number of key issues and consider ways of transforming leadership to respond better to these diverse challenges. My role as the facilitator was to adapt content to reflect input and dialogue from the cohorts of approximately 25 individuals all at officer levels. Workshops were designed to change behaviour and bring about cultural change as well as that of leadership style, adopting a coaching model (GROW), and embedding this into the workplace i.e. managing and influencing up as well as down the reporting line
BATH BUSINESS SCHOOL
Design and delivery of various workshops to form part of the career focus weeks within the curriculum included – Understanding the selection process and succeeding at assessment centres, On line updates, recruitment tools and personal branding on and off line, Mock interviews and feedback sessions, communication and marketing
